Hannah, our Founding Director and Principal Consultant, left the corporate HR world in 2024 and started up her own consultancy to help more businesses and their people thrive.  The ever-shifting sands of the business and legal landscapes make it challenging for businesses to keep up.  Our aim is to be your business’s strategic people partner; to guide, advise, and develop your business through these challenges – together.  

 

With an extensive background firmly rooted in operational HR and senior strategic roles across various sectors and industries, Hannah is able to leverage her extensive knowledge and experience to effectively address the current pain points in your business, and create effective solutions that prevent them from reforming.   

 

As a Chartered Fellow professional member of the CIPD, holding a Masters and Advanced Diploma (CIPD Level 7) in Strategic Human Resource Management, and ongoing Doctoral studies in the same field, Hannah can demonstrate continuing commitment to personal and professional development in the pursuit of improving workplaces for employers and employees alike.   

 

In her free time, Hannah is a keen equestrian, and an academic tutor, supervisor and assessor of undergraduate and postgraduate business students in the higher education sector.
